Organization of the AOEI

The Asia Open Education Institute is under the threefold authority of the High Council, the CEO of the Institute and the Academic Council.

CEO & Secretary of Governing Council

The CEO directs the Institute with the assistance of the Secretary of Governing Council.

High Council

The High Council is the AOEI's major decision making board. It consists of representatives from the Contracting States to the Institute's Convention.

Academic Council

The Academic Council is the forum where academic methods, course curriculums & rules are discussed & decided; & also academic council is responsible to appoint academic appointments.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee assists the CEO in preparing the decision-making documents for the Academic Council and is responsible for other tasks delegated to it by the Academic Council.

Research Council

In addition, the Research Council executes most important research projects and work directly with Ph.D. students to monitor & evaluate their researches.
